As an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Master Certified Coach, Wendy has garnered numerous global awards, including being named the Corporate Vision Executive & Leadership Coach of the Year (2025) and Corporate LiveWire Business Leadership Coach of the Year (2025, 2024, 2023) Hall of Fame.
Whether she is working with business owners, corporate executives, government officials, or other coaches, Wendy’s clients depend on her to see what others don’t see and say what others wouldn’t dare to say, empowering them to achieve extraordinary outcomes.
Prior to coaching full-time, Wendy led matrixed teams on numerous continents and was accountable for generating $500M in annual revenues as a Global Strategic Alliance Director in a Fortune 100 firm. What Wendy is most proud of, though, is stepping away from her career for two years to care for her grandmother, who was living with her and not enjoying Wendy’s international travel schedule. It was this time spent caring for her grandmother that led her to transition to coaching full-time.
With a commitment to empowering other coaches, Wendy is the only individual to have completed Accomplishment Coaching’s year-long Coaches’ Training Program twice, as a distinguished graduate of the inaugural Accomplishment Coaching cohort in 2000 and then again graduating in 2015 to ensure her contributions as an Advisory Board Member were relevant. Wendy’s decision to revisit the program underscores her commitment to the continual growth of coaches and her belief in the impact of Accomplishment Coaching.
In addition to her full-time coaching practice, Wendy is an Advisory Board Member and Program Leader for Accomplishment Coaching, an ICF Accredited Level 2 Coach Training. Wendy also serves as President of the Southern Nevada Chapter of the ICF. Originally a San Francisco Bay Area native, Wendy lives in Las Vegas, Nevada with her husband, Thierry.
