Chéri S. Allen is a Master Certified Coach with over 3,500 coaching hours and more than 30 years of Federal and private sector experience in more than fifteen agencies in human capital management and development, executive coaching, change management consulting, leadership, and organizational development. Experienced Master Credentialed Coach and Strategist with over 25 years of expertise in leadership coaching, change management, and executive coaching. Proven track record in implementing successful coaching strategies in remote work environments.

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree and certificates in leadership coaching, and coaching skills assessment, in addition to developing and delivering ICF Level 1 & 2 coach training.Based on private and public-sector management
experience of in-tact and remote teams, she understands the joys and challenges of leading high-performing teams with agility, while sustaining authentic leadership presence and achieving organizational goals.

Ms. Allen successfully coaches clients in the Federal sector, private sector, wealth management industry, and academia. She has held numerous Federal and private sector leadership roles including Training Center Director at
Department of Homeland Security, Deputy Director of Workforce Development at the Government Printing Office, Learning Consultant and Leadership Coach at the Federal Consulting Group, Change Management Consultant
with Booz Allen, Enterprise Coaching Center of Excellence Strategist & Coaching Culture Lead at the Internal Revenue Service, and Executive & Leadership Coach for multiple organizations including Intel, Twitter, HubSpot,
Pixar, Sony Entertainment, U.S. Department of Justice, Administrative Offices of the U.S. Courts, Health & Human Services, Environmental Protection Agency, and the Federal Drug & Food Administration.

Ms. Allen was one of the Federal intrapreneurs who envisioned the creation of a federal coaching culture, and she was one of the founding leaders of the award-winning Federal Internal Coach Training Program, which is accredited by the International Coach Federation. Ms. Allen currently serves as the co-lead of the IRS Associate and Professional Coach Training Programs in collaboration with the Treasury Executive Institute. As a seasoned coach assessor through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she has served as a Mentor Coach for over ten years successfully supporting coaches in achieving their ICF credentials. She completed the Leadership Coaching Program at Georgetown University and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Ms. Allen is also a Dave Ramsey certified Master Financial Coach.

Ms. Allen graduated Summa Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, concentration in Human Resources from York College, New York. She completed the Georgetown Leadership Coaching Program in
2008. Ms. Allen is certified to administer the Dennison 360, Reuven Bar-On Emotional Intelligence EQi/EQ 360, and the OPM Leadership 360TM assessment instruments. Ms. Allen has facilitated workshops on communication, leadership principles, coaching skills for managers, and emotional intelligence (EI). Through deep and powerful connection, Ms. Allen supports leaders who desire to push the limits of their existing ways of thinking and being to achieve more significance, satisfaction and meaning in life. She challenges her clients to honor their values and embrace their power of choice in their professional and personal lives. Her coaching approach promotes positive leadership practices for the sake of facilitating continuous individual and organizational learning, and professional excellence.
