Dr. Lisa Leit is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and EMCC Senior Practitioner and Certified Supervisor (SP, ESIA) with over 20 years of experience empowering individuals, teams, and organizations to achieve transformative growth. As the founder of Happy Whole Human®, Lisa has created a globally recognized, ICF-accredited coach training ecosystem (Levels 1–3 and Team Coach) and provides ICF-aligned mentor coaching and EMCC supervision to support the next generation of bright stars in the coaching world.

Her work spans executive leadership development, team coaching, and holistic wellness, blending evidence-based psychology with innovative methodologies to drive meaningful change. Lisa has mentored and supervised coaches internationally, equipping them with the skills, confidence, and ethical grounding to thrive as professionals.
