Dr. Soha Chahine is an Organizational Psychologist, ICF-accredited PCC (Professional Certified Coach), award-winning corporate coach and trainer, TEDx speaker, and founder of Forward Training and Consulting known for shaping human-centered cultures where people lead with presence, perform with purpose, and adapt at the speed of change.

Blending behavioral science with business strategy, Soha designs leadership ecosystems that are both scalable and human-centered. She is the author of The Talent Matrix Playbook and a contributor to Harvard Business Review Arabia. Her work bridges theory and practice translating psychological insight into measurable business results.

A certified psychometric assessor and adjunct lecturer in Business Ethics, Soha brings over 15 years of corporate HR experience to her clients.
