Elżbieta is a master certified coach MCC and internationally respected expert in leadership, resilience, and longevity, with nearly three decades of global experience. She has guided diplomats, ambassadors, politicians, C-suite executives, military officers, journalists, and nonprofit leaders across 87 countries, helping them sustain clarity, balance, purpose, and long-term well-being in high-pressure roles.

Her career spans entrepreneurship, advisory leadership, and social impact. In 1997, she founded a company connecting Central and Eastern European exporters to Western markets, revitalizing communities and fostering sustainable growth. She has served on multiple advisory boards and as Chair of Public Leadership at the International Leadership Association, influencing global leadership initiatives.
