I combine my initial passion for NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) with a great interest in Coaching, which I have deepened in Italian and international schools, acquiring the MCC credential.

Together with Luca Berni and Sarah Fuligni, I’m a founding member of the two entities that comprise T · CoP, namely The Coaching Pros Srl and TheNCS – The Neuroscience Coaching School.

Today, as a Coach, I accompany Managers and professionals to rediscover and express their natural Leadership.

Since 2018, I have had an active role in the ICF Italy board and in 2021, I was the ICF Italy President

In 2021, I published “Lock-down e poi?” In this book, my co-author and I talk about the model we developed during the first months of the lockdown and the investigation we carried out to verify our hypothesis, supported by data. We did it to remember what we have all experienced, understand the effects it has generated, how we have faced all this and how our lives have changed.
