Iryna Zolotarevych, MCC ICF, is an executive coach, anti-crisis adviser, and founder of the International School of Upscaling Coaching. With over 25 years of experience in Ukraine, Spain, the USA, and Kazakhstan, she works at the intersection of leadership coaching, strategic communications, and large-scale transformation.

As Adviser to the Prime Minister of Ukraine, she led strategic communications of reforms, initiated the national branding project Ukraine NOW, and coordinated international partnerships. She has served on boards including the Davos Communications Forum, Atlantic Group, United PR Association of Ukraine, and Grow Up Business Incubator.

Iryna is the author of 8 books on scaling and leadership mindset and creator of the 5-step Scaling Coaching Model (Result–Action–State–Thinking–Worldview). She also develops research and applied projects in emotional diagnostics (AgileBrain) for business, government, and sports teams.
