Jayshree Mangesh Kirtane

Jayshree is a Mathematical Economist turned Applied Psychologist and Master Coach. She was a professor of Quantitative Economics for the first 10 years of her career. She serendipitously found herself in a coaching meeting and this meeting gave her the courage to choose a career that involved a 180 degree pivot.
Jayshree changed her career path 20 years ago, to become a human process facilitator. She also acquired multiple profiling and assessment certifications of global repute. Jayshree stands as an expert in marrying experiential data with the insights from psychometric instruments and create a learning path for the participants.

From large groups to small groups to individuals, Jayshree’s focus organically shifted from facilitation to coaching. She became an ACC with the ICF in 2014 and MCC in 2021. She has coached over 800 senior executives and the overall individual coaching hours are clocked beyond 5000. With more than 1000 hours of Team coaching and over 10,000 hours of facilitation, Jayshree has developed an astute understanding human strengths as well as traps, real dilemmas and the potential to be their highest self.

Jayshree takes volunteering seriously. She has held various positions at the ICF Pune as also served on committees at ICF Global.

Jayshree studies Buddhism to anchor herself. She is a connoisseur of all forms of art and in particular of music. She writes regularly at the intersection of life, leadership and spirituality. Jayshree lives in Pune, India with her husband, 2 sons and 2 cats.
