Joanne Blackerby is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation and an EMCC Senior Practitioner whose dynamic leadership and deep cultural competence have guided a diverse range of leaders and teams toward transformative change. With over 2,500 hours of one-on-one and group coaching experience, Joanne leverages her proprietary Rule of Four™ and CLEAR+™ frameworks to deliver high-impact, equity-centered coaching that bridges mind, body, and spirit.

As the founder of ClarityCoach.me, Joanne has designed and scaled executive coaching and mentoring programs that integrate robust DEI principles, cross-cultural communication, and ethical presence. She has facilitated leadership labs for global organizations, consulted on curriculum development for coach education programs, and co-led the Navigator Lab—a flagship program blending reflective practice, advanced coaching competencies, and ethical rigor.

Joanne’s passion for systemic impact extends into her senior leadership with the Institute for Coaching Education, where she mentors emerging coaches and shapes inclusive training standards. She holds a deep commitment to elevating coaching as a force for social equity and innovation—a perspective she brings to her role as a jury panelist for the Kaizen Awards, where she evaluates excellence in continuous improvement and celebrates leaders who drive meaningful, sustainable change.
