Jory Stillman
Founder of ExpansiveCoach™ | ICF Mentor, Trainer & Assessor | FacilitatorWelcome, I’m Jory — founder of ExpansiveCoach.
My mission is to guide people toward lives and careers rooted in clarity, purpose, well-being, and impact. I partner with thoughtful, growth-oriented individuals navigating the complexities of real life: leading in demanding careers while nurturing marriages or relationships, raising children or supporting adult children in transition, fulfilling meaningful community responsibilities, and caring for aging parents. These are people who carry a lot — and who want to move through it with steadiness, authenticity, and intention.
Through the ExpansiveCoach framework, we create space to slow down, listen deeply, and expand what is possible. You might be stepping into a higher leadership role, asking hard questions about relationships, building something new, or making a bold life change. Together, we look beyond goals and strategy to explore nervous system patterns, values, and the inner landscape that shapes sustainable growth.
Over the past 5,000+ hours of coaching across industries, cultures, and continents, I’ve walked alongside leaders, founders, and mission-driven humans as they left golden handcuff jobs, launched businesses, deepened and healed marriages, pursued new relationships, relocated across the world, and redefined how they lead and live.
As a Master Certified Coach (MCC), trainer, mentor, and supervisor for coaches pursuing their ICF credentials, I bring both professional rigor and a deeply human touch. My approach integrates positive psychology, cognitive-behavioral coaching, and somatic practices, such as breathwork, mindfulness, and visualization, into client-led, evidence-based work that is practical, soulful, and transformative.
This work is not abstract for me. Like many of my clients, I’ve navigated layered seasons of uncertainty and transition, late marriage, step-parenthood, infertility, mental health challenges, and now the shift into empty nesthood. These experiences don’t define me, but they inform the way I coach: with deep empathy, steady presence, and the conviction that growth is possible even in the face of adversity and complexity.
This is what I call Expansive Coaching — a partnership that embraces the fullness of who you are and supports you in creating a life and leadership that feels sustainable, authentic, and truly your own.
