Julia Louise Rogers

CEO and Founder at The Dynamics of Everyday Life

Julia is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and an EMCC-accredited Senior Practitioner and Coaching Supervisor with over a decade of formal coaching experience. With advanced training in psychodynamic theory, Julia brings a unique depth to her work with both leaders and fellow coaches, helping them explore the unconscious drivers of behaviour, enhance relational awareness, and develop more effective leadership and coaching styles.

Her areas of expertise include:

Executive and leadership coaching
Coaching supervision for internal and independent coaches
Conflict resolution and relationship dynamics
Cross-cultural awareness and inclusive leadership
Self-awareness and professional growth through a psychodynamic lens

Julia believes that psychodynamic thinking is a powerful yet underused resource in coaching and supervision. Drawing inspiration from Freud and other psychoanalytic theorists, she integrates theory with practical strategies to enable deeper, lasting transformation.

Workshops, Thought Leadership & Podcasting

Julia also designs and delivers bespoke workshops for organisations on critical topics such as:

Anxiety management in the workplace
Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)
Resilient leadership and psychological safety

In March 2024, she launched The Dynamics of Everyday Life podcast, which aims to make complex psychodynamic theory accessible for a broader audience—helping listeners better understand their inner world and everyday relationships.

In April 2025 she launched her flagship training programme Essential Psychodynamics for Coaches. Accredited as a CCE provider by the ICF, Julia is now developing advanced programmes in response to the level of interest she has received and the feedback from graduates of her course.
