Executive and Team Coach, The Impacter Development Centre Ltd.

About me – professional, yet human
Creating values, empowering personal growth and exploring the impact of individuals are my guiding stars as a professional.
As a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with over 5,000 coaching hours, recognised by the International Coaching Federation, I remain passionate about supporting leaders on their journey to gain insights about themselves, achieve their goals, and discover their true purpose through meaningful personal learning.
With more than 15 years of experience under my belt in working as a business trainer and executive coach across various organisations, I firmly believe that the power of the human factor, blended with creating shared values, is the essential building block of any purpose-driven leadership, both now and in the future.
Working with senior leaders and managers in the corporate sector from companies such as Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Volvo, Lidl, Pfizer, Porsche, SAP and Microsoft, besides medium-sized businesses and international fast-scaling startups, has been a rewarding experience.

My coaching style is rooted in the Gestalt approach, which enables me to stay present, constructively confrontative, and data-informed – always focused on what truly emerges in the moment.
I believe in building psychological safety, where teams and leaders can speak freely, make mistakes, challenge ideas, and think creatively – without fear.
For me, individual or team coaching is not just applying a methodology but creating a learning environment where people can gain insight into their dynamics and learn to operate more consciously and collaboratively.

A unique method: Horse-assisted leadership and personal development
My love for horses has led me on a decade-long journey to design and adopt horse-assisted learning programmes for leaders, which offer a unique opportunity to experience honest feedback on personal impact, presence and communication that can induce exponential change.
The approach of working with horses from the ground has proven to help deepen self-awareness, authenticity, and decision-making capacity in a way that traditional development programs often can’t.

Accredited programme
I co-founded the Beyond Knowledge 22-hour learning programme in 2021, which achieved accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with a specific focus on helping leaders and coaches navigate uncertainty by increasing self-awareness, consciousness about personal impact and values-driven leadership.
The program has already supported over 200 participants on their journey to grow not just as professionals but as human beings.

Professional milestone
In 2017, I moved to Ireland from Hungary, where I was later named one of Dublin’s Top 10 Coaches by the Forbetter Institute – a recognition truly meaningful for me to achieve.

Community involvement
As an active board member of the ICF Hungarian Chapter, I regularly contribute to the professional coaching community – leading workshops, speaking at events, and sharing insights on leadership, coaching, and human development.
I was a contributing lecturer at PTF College`s Coaching Course in Hungary for three years, where I combined hands-on experience with solid theoretical foundations to support future coaches in developing their voice and competence.

Now living in Portugal since 2022, I also embrace cultural experiences in my professional work as I continue to support leaders and organisations.
Having three daughters has also taught me a lot and put me on a constant learning curve to keep improving my communication and survival skills
