Nada Jreissati is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with over 18 years of experience in executive and leadership development. She has coached more than 10,000 leaders and certified over 500 coaches, playing a key role in shaping the coaching profession in the MENA region.

As the pioneer who introduced ICF certification to Lebanon, Nada built PragmaDoms into a multi-country coaching and leadership firm with offices in Lebanon, the UAE, and Egypt. She leads ICF-accredited coach education programs and delivers culturally grounded coaching to senior leaders across sectors.

Nada also serves as a Subject Matter Expert for the ICF global competency model and is a regular speaker in ICF and leadership forums worldwide.
