Roberta Pagliarulo

Roberta Pagliarulo is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with over 15 years of international experience in executive coaching, leadership development, and mentor coaching. She has worked with senior leaders and founders across Europe and the Middle East, helping them navigate complex transitions and strengthen their leadership impact.

Roberta has delivered thousands of hours of coaching and training, and has played a key role in the development of the coaching profession by designing and delivering four ICF-accredited CCE programs. She has also mentored and assessed hundreds of coaches within ICF-accredited schools.

Known for her culturally sensitive and emotionally intelligent approach, Roberta brings depth, clarity, and strategic insight to her work with clients and peers alike. She is passionate about creating safe and transformative spaces that lead to real, measurable change.

Her contributions to the field have been recognized internationally, including awards from the World Coaching Congress (Mumbai, 2018) and the Middle East Leadership Awards (Dubai, 2025).
