Pilar is an MCC Executive & Team Coach and international trainer who brings soul into leadership, communication, and innovation. As the founder and Alma Mater of Empresas con Alma (Companies with Soul), she helps organizations grow by placing people at the center of success.

With over 4,000 hours of coaching experience and a career that began at Procter & Gamble, Pilar has guided leaders and teams worldwide—from Airbus to Nestlé, Bayer, Telefónica, and many more—through cultural change, leadership development, and new ways of working.

She is also a Master Facilitator for Verus Global and Program & Certification Leader for the Co-Active Coaching Program (CTI), blending her engineering roots with profound studies in leadership, emotional intelligence, and systemic transformation.
